Level 2 of the Optical Sales & Technical Service (OSTS) program builds on Level 1’s foundations, moving into product science and hands-on workshop skills. You’ll develop a deeper technical understanding of lens design, frame science, and precision bench work, along with accurate measurement techniques — the core competencies behind confident, correct dispensing.

This level includes four sessions plus a 10-question review, and awards your OSTS Level 2 Certificate on completion.
