About Course

The Ophthalmic Clinic Admin & PR Coordinator program is a three-level continuing education pathway for front-desk and PR staff working in ophthalmic and eye-care clinics. Level 1 builds the operational and safety backbone every coordinator needs — covering clinic workflow and patient flow discipline, a working understanding of ophthalmic anatomy for safe patient communication, the legal and ethical handling of records, and the recognition and escalation of red-flag symptoms at first contact.

This level includes four sessions plus a 10-question review, and awards your Level 1 Certificate on completion.
