About Course

Level 2 of the Ophthalmic Clinic Admin & PR Coordinator program builds on Level 1’s operational foundation, moving into scheduling architecture and ethical surgical counselling. You’ll develop a working understanding of cataract and intraocular lens options, ethical presentation of monofocal and toric packages, and realistic, expectation-managed counselling on multifocal and EDOF lenses.

This level includes four sessions plus a 10-question review, and awards your Level 2 Certificate on completion.
