Level 3 is the final and most advanced stage of the Optical Sales & Technical Service (OSTS) program, integrating your technical and interpersonal skills into real-world dispensing practice. Covering complex measurements, progressive lens fitting, and structured troubleshooting, this level brings together everything from Levels 1 and 2 into confident, case-based decision-making.

This level includes four sessions plus a 10-question review, and awards your OSTS Level 3 Certificate on completion.
