DaTE rolls out avant-garde eyewear show today

DaTE opened its doors today at the Leopolda di Firenze ‒ this year the avant-garde eyewear show hosts 100 companies with a total of more than 170 brands ‒ all focused on creativity.

The event is crucial to the entire spectacle industry which, in Italy, is worth 4 billion in turnover, and employs 18,000 people.

Now in its 10th edition, the show has made a name for itself in the industry, without sacrificing its focus on the avant-garde, innovation and artistic flair. Launched this year, specifically to celebrate creative experimentation, the LYF Zone features a selection of brands that reflect this bold spirit.

Tomorrow’s calendar includes welcome remarks by local institutions, calling attention to their support of an event that has firmly established itself in the international arena of not-to-be-missed eyewear industry exhibitions.

DaTE will be open to eyewear professionals and accredited press through Monday, with the following hours:
– Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm
– Monday from 10 am to 5 pm
