As a collaborative effort by Eyezone International and Global Ophthalmic Institute (GOI), an international organization committed to facilitating online access to high-quality eye care education resources, OptiCE is founded as an initiative to adapt to the changing trends and practices in the optical industry.

OptiCE is driven to cater to the needs of eye care professionals in the Middle East and around the world. Its mission is to provide online continuing education (CE) courses and continuing professional development (CPD) to eye health practitioners in order to refresh and improve their knowledge and skills, and upgrade their professional practice. It provides internationally-accredited certificates and uses the latest learning tools.

The courses offered in the platform were developed not only to elevate the educational standards but also empower the next generation of eye care professionals to offer improved eye care services in their communities.
