On 3 May 2019, Al-Jamil Optical held its annual gathering in Sharq, Kuwait City.
Since its advent, Al-Jamil Optical has maintained its tradition of holding a convention with all of its employees at least once a year. The agenda of this assemblage is to keep everyone intact with Al-Jamil Optical’s strategic stance on future endeavors and to give their employees a heads up for to what’s to come. Mr. Ali Aminvand, Owner of Al-Jamil Optical and Ms. Mahnaz Nekakhtar, CEO of Al-Jamil Optical, addressed the audience by giving a brief about the above-mentioned strategies.
The Awardees
The address of their employees was followed by another tradition, awarding their long term employees. Most of whom have been a part of Al-Jamil Optical since its advent and for as long as a decade or two. Fifteen employees were given Certificates of Appreciation by the CEO, Ms. Mahnaz herself, as a token for their deep-rooted dedication to their jobs at Al-Jamil Optical.

But the awarding didn’t just end there. Mr. Aminvand surprised the CEO with a plank of appreciation for her effort and devotion to her work with Al-Jamil Optical for more than three decades. The atmosphere was cheerful and lively following the awarding aspect of the gathering which reflected the importance of team building activities within the company.
