Shortlist Announced for High Profile Eyewear Design Awards

The finalists of this year’s Love Eyewear Awards have been revealed by the organisers of 100% Optical, a famous optical event in the UK. The three-day show, which runs from February 25-27 at ExCeL London, champions the exciting world of eyewear and all things optics in the industry.

Following another record-breaking year of entries for the Love Eyewear Awards from independent and major designers, manufacturers and retailers, the shortlist of nominees across 12 diverse categories features Carolina Herrera, Scotch & Soda, David Green Eyewear, JFrey, Vysen, Tomato Glasses and Feb31st.

“Since our launch in 2020, these awards have become more and more prestigious and sought-after, making the shortlisting process a tough one for our judges. Whilst I don’t envy their decisions, I believe the shortlist is a fantastic reflection of the fast-growing and exciting industry we’re in. The awards ceremony is a real show highlight and we look forward to crowning our winners,” said Nathan Garnett, 100% Optical show director.

Chosen by a panel of judges starring a number of high-profile designers, artists, academics, journalists and influencers from the industry, the winners will be announced at 5pm on Saturday 25th February on the Catwalk at the 100%.

This year’s categories include: New Designer 2023, Women’s Frame of the Year, Women’s Sunglasses Frame of the Year, Men’s Frame of the Year, Men’s Sunglasses Frame of the Year, Unisex Frame of the Year, Luxury Frame of the Year, Kids Frame of the Year, Sustainable Frame of the Year, Eyewear Accessory of the Year, Eyewear Retailer of the Year, and Most Engaging Practice Window.
