Focusing on World Sight Day 2019
World Sight Day (WSD), co-ordinated by the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB), is an international day of awareness, held annually on the second Thursday of October to focus attention on the global issue of avoidable blindness and visual impairment. This year World Sight Day falls on 10 October 2019.

Can botox affect your vision?

Our Children’s Vision campaign’s global partner meeting kicks off in Srilanka
Ambakandawila, Sri Lanka, February 5-6, 2017: Our Children’s Vision, the global initiative upscaling, accelerating and expanding eye health services to more children around the world, hosted dozens of representatives from their international partner base. Brien Holden Vision Institute CEO to receive honorary degrees
NEW YORK CITY – Dr. Kovin Naidoo, chief executive officer of the Brien Holden Vision Institute (Australia), will receive the honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from the State University of New York (SUNY) College of Optometry for making lasting contributions to eye and vision care.
